Exchanges & Return

Return Policy

  • Unused, Unopened Products: Customers from all regions can return unused, unopened products within 30 days of receiving the item and receive a refund. Please ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Sale & Promotional Items: Sale or promotional items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue or damage during shipping. If there is a quality issue or damage, please provide photo or video proof.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any original payment fees (if applicable).

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Conditions: We only provide exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at service@iuibeauty.com.
  • Urgent Exchange: If you urgently need a replacement and have not yet received your returned item, you can place a new order for the product. Once we receive the returned defective item, we will issue a full refund for the new order placed.

Return Process

  1. Submit Return Request: Please contact our customer support at service@iuibeauty.com within 30 days of receiving the product, indicating the reason for return and providing relevant product details.
  2. Return Address: We will provide you with the return address via email.
  3. Inspection of Returned Item: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund Processing: If the return meets the requirements, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days.

Wrong Items Received

  • Incorrect Products: If you receive incorrect products, please contact us within 10 days after delivery. We will offer a partial refund or exchange the products at no cost.

Damaged Items

  • Damaged Products: If your items are damaged, please take photos before opening the package and contact us immediately. Provide photos or videos of the damaged items within 10 days after delivery. We will offer a partial refund or replace the damaged items.

Shipping & Return Fees

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a quality issue or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Free Returns: If the return is due to our error or a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund & Processing Times

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 2-3 business days, but please note that the time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank for additional processing time.
