Q: “Where to shop?”

Q: “How do I track my order?”
When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information. The shipping information will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, shipping information is not updated to you immediately during the time). Still haven’t received your tracking info? Check your spam folder-it can get stuck in there sometimes. If you already have a XX login, you can also find your tracking number there. Still not seeing it? Don’t worry--just contact our customer team and they will investigate.
Q: “How do I change or cancel an order?”
You are suggested to change or cancel your order by our customer support team before the order is processed. If you miss this grace period, no worries! We are committed to providing satisfying after-sales service. Please contact us, and we guarantee to offer the best scheme to you with the most efficiency. If you want to change your order, you can place a new order to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible.
Q: “What can Ido if haven’t received the delivered package as expected?”
First, double-check your shipping address on your ordering information. Second, check the area where the carrier would have left it. Third, check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. Or you can call the carrier with your tracking information. Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers may scan items as delivered prior to arrival. Thanks for your patience.
Q: “What happens if my package is lost or stolen?”
Once your item is shipped, IUILashes is not liable for lost or stolen package. Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
Q: “How do I apply my discount code?”
At the end of the payment page, you will find a box to enter your discount code. After filling in the promotion code, you can click “Apply”, then your total amount will be updated. Only one promo code per order is allowed.
Q: “How do I cancel an order? "
1.To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@iuibeauty.com.
2.Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3.If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return policy for returning the items.
Q: “I have not received my order confirmation email, where is it?? "

Product Information
Q: “How are IUILashes' Self Adhesive lashes different than others?"
Our Self-Adhesive lashes are unique to the lash world. We took premium faux fibers lashes and put them on a reusable, cushiony, self-stick band. First class lash styles, 5-star comfort-level! These lashes basically apply themselves. The black tacky band combined with your own body heat work together for a glam look that will last all day (or night!)
Q: “How can l find the products l need?"
You are able to search for false lashes using the "search" button located in the upper right corner, entering keywords (false lashes, lash extensions, eyelash glue, etc.) or the product reference number. You can also search in the top menu, selecting the category you need or using the filter on each category page.
Q: “How to Make Eyelash Glue Reusable?"
1.Keep It Clean: After use, ensure that the glue bottle and its opening are clean to prevent the glue from drying out or becoming contaminated.
2.Seal Tightly: After each use, make sure to tightly screw the cap on to prevent the glue from drying out.
3.Avoid Moisture: Store the glue in a dry, cool place, and avoid exposure to moisture or humidity.
Q: “What materials do you use?"
Our lash materials are made from faux mink fibers, which are lightweight and soft, simulating the effect of real mink fur. They are more eco-friendly and cost-effective. The glue used is waterproof, with strong water resistance and can last up to 10-15 days.
Q: “How to Make Your False Eyelashes Last Longer?"
1.Use an Eyelash Curler: Fully curl your natural lashes.
2.Apply Glue: Evenly apply false eyelash glue starting 1-2mm from the root of your natural lashes.
3.Apply the False Lashes: Apply a small amount of glue to the base of the false lashes, wait until slightly tacky, and then adhere them from the root of your natural lashes.
4.Secure the False Lashes: Use an eyelash curler or tweezers to gently press your natural and false lashes together for a tight fit.
5.Apply Sealant: Finally, evenly brush a sealant from the root upwards. Wait until it is completely dry before allowing any contact with water.
Q: “Should I apply my Self-Adhesive lashes before or after doing my eye makeup?"
You will still get great results applying our Self-Adhesive lashes over eye makeup, but for optimal performance and durability, we suggest applying them on clean skin. The black band also doubles as eyeliner! Once applied, complete your eye makeup routine. If you're applying over eyeliner or eyeshadow, consider cleaning your lashes more frequently to maintain their adhesive quality.
Q: “How do I remove my Self-Adhesive lashes at the end of the day?"
When you're ready to take off your Self-Adhesive lashes, delicately lift and peel the band away from your lash line starting from the outer corner and moving inwards. If you need a little extra help, you can put a small amount of oil-free makeup remover near the band with a cotton swab or your fingertips and gently keep peeling. Always store your lashes on their original lash holders to preserve stickiness and shape. After 2-3 wears, wipe the lash band with an oil-free makeup remover or water to clean and reactivate the adhesive.
Q: “Can I wear Self-Adhesive lashes during physical activities or sports?"
Absolutely! These will certainly be your new favorite performance lashes. They will stick with you through it all! See what we did there!? Perfect for the stage, track, court, and even the gym!
Exchanges And Returns
Q: “Can I return or exchange my order?"
Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Clearance items, free gifts, and any opened or used eyelash products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q: “How is return shipping handled?"
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or product issue.
Q: “What is the process for returning or exchanging items?"
Please contact customer service (support@iuibeauty.com), providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Q: “Can I return part of my order?"
Yes, you can choose to return part of your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the refund amount will be reduced by the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned items.
Q: “How long does it take to process a refund after a return?"
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Q: “What if the item I received is defective or damaged?"
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact customer service (support@iuibeauty.com) as soon as possible, providing your order number and details of the defect or damage. We will provide a solution for return or exchange.
Q: “How should returned or exchanged items be packaged?"
Please package the returned or exchanged items carefully to prevent damage during shipping. It is best to use the original packaging and any cushioning materials.

Q: “When will my order ship?"
Orders are processed depend on circumstances. Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Q: “How long does my order take to arrive?"
Standard Delivery 7-20 business days. Please note: Shipping times do not include the standard 2 business days processing time it takes for the order to ship out. Due to the large order volume and slow logistics during the shopping spree, some shipments may be delayed. We're working diligently to get your order on time.
Q: “Can I update the shipping address?"
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service (support@iuibeauty.com) as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address, and you will be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping.

Q: “My tracking number is not showing any information, how do I track my package?"
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, carriers do not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact one of our Lash Experts at support@iuibeauty.com

It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?
Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed for $$ off future purchases. You also earn points for sharing IUILashes with friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday! Do points ever expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.
