The normal razor works well! I have very thick hair and a lot of it. I also have scars and some are keloids so they’re really raised, I didn’t have any problems with the razor nicking them.
The smooth shaver works alright but it doesn’t make things completely smooth like it says it would. For my legs I found it quicker to just switch to a hand held razor to get them smooth and not slightly prickly. I also used it on my face and it’s the same, it works well at making the stubble shorter but not smooth.
The battery is alright, I used it for 30mins straight and it went down by 40%. I also tried using two longer charging cords and neither worked so it seems like the one it comes with is the only one you can use

I just got the product today. I will say the shaver is very efficient. It does more than a razor. However, it does nick your skin if not super careful. The part however that is most upsetting is the false advertisement of it being waterproof. It is not. I tend to shave in the shower because it makes things easier for me. The site and the box says the product is waterproof but after using it for maybe 3 minutes, the razor shuts off. The led display is still on but the razor does not work. The trimmer also wont work but I think that has something more to do with the quality of how its made. It feels like its made from the worst kind of plastic and its uncomfortable to hold. Just be careful.
