This product doesn’t work. At all. They also sent me the wrong one. When I emailed customer support telling them I wanted to return it, they told me I could keep the one I had, they’d refund me $18, and send me the right one if I paid the $15 shipping. I said no because it didn’t work so I didn’t want it. They then told me they would give me a full refund minus the shipping because I already received it. They refunded me $2.10… my order was almost $47. And now I can’t get anyone to answer me. So they are trying to make me pay for their mistake. So much for a “worry free guarantee” purchase. I’ve attached the emails for viewing pleasure.

I know this product is supposed to be cut free, but I have definitely nicked myself a few times lol. Regardless, it makes maintaining my downstairs really easy. Doesn’t quite give that same smooth feeling like after shaving but I prefer not having ingrown hairs. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

I received this item and it came faulty. First of, it advertised it’ll be better than a normal razor as the smaller razor helps leave no bumps/ ingrown hairs. I used it and it flared my skin and left bumps. Feels like my hair grew back faster too . Also, the product randomly turns on at the most inconvenient times and there’s no way to turn it off. It also just randomly flashes its light. Saw this off Shein, feels like they just bought it off shein and charges way more
